If you are attending this event you should also receive the following information from your party leader and lodge secretary, and we will be placing it on the social media platforms.
You will be welcomed at the venue’s North Entrance; please do not use the main entrance as you will not be able to get in.
The venue has requested you enter your car registrations on arrival – either at the Hotel or Sandy Park Rugby ground.
A shuttle bus will be available for those at the hotel from 17:45 to 18:30 and 23:00 to 23:45 to and from the hotel. Coat rails will also be situated at the North Entrance to Sandy Park.
Sandy Park is cashless – only cards will be accepted at the bars or over the app on your smartphone. Please search Sandy Park on Apple’s or Andriod’s app store and download the food and drink app to order your drinks on arrival to be delivered to your table – saves waiting at the bar. Table plans will be viewable at the venue and the Hotel we will make this available on the morning of the event, so you can place your drinks orders prior to arrival. www.mcfdevon.co.uk.

I am sure that you will recall from reading the last issue of ‘Parallel Lines’ that W.Bro. Rick Wakeman has agreed to entertain us at the celebration banquet to mark the end of the 2023 Festival when we will also reveal what the hard work of the Brethren of this Province has raised. In the company of senior brethren of our Fraternity and executives of the MCF, it will also be our opportunity to thank and acknowledge the hard work and support of R.W.Bro. Ian Kingsbury whose term of Office as our Provincial Grand Master will be drawing to a close around that time.
