Fantastic opportunity to see “The Bootleg Beatles” with our sealed bid auction for 4 tickets for 19th December at Plymouth Pavillions and support the Devonshire 2023 MCF Festival.
We have received a kind Surprise Donation of Four Tickets to see this Great Tribute Band to the “Fabulous Beatles”
W. Bro Rodger Broad PGStdBr, SLGR was due to have a great weekend in Plymouth but he and his friends are no longer able to attend. Due to short notice W. Bro Broad asked if the Province would be able to make use of the tickets and raise funds for the MCF Festival, hence this sealed bid auction. The Province are very grateful for W. Bro Broad’s ticket donation and we thank him for his generosity and wish him well.
The Tickets have a face value of £38.50 each and are being offered by a one off e-mail sealed bids auction with the closing date for emails being 12 noon on Monday 5th December 2022.
Please send your email, with the title “Bootleg Beatles Bid” and include in the email your contact details and the value of your bid, to: david@3cellhosting.com
The emails will remain unread until 12 noon on Monday 5th December with the winning bidder contacted that day.
In the event of two or more identical bids, the tickets will go to the bid that was submitted earliest based on date and time stamp of the email.
The tickets are e-tickets in pdf format and will be emailed to the winning bidder along with details on how to pay.
All proceeds will be donated to the Festival Fund.
