The Deputy Provincial Grand Master, V. W. Bro. Nicholas Ball attended his last official visit as Deputy PGM at the installation meeting of Pelican Lodge.
This was the evening before he attends the 2023 Festival closing event at Sandy Park, Exeter, where W. Bro. Rick Wakeman will be perfoming.
At the event, with approximately 500 guests, V.W. Bro. Nicholas Ball will be proclaimed Provincial Grand Master of Devonshire in waiting.
He will be installed on the 17th April at a ceremony to be held at the RICC Centre in Torquay.
