Where are my tickets?
The party leader, the person that made the booking for the MCF Festival meal, has received the confirmation emails for the booking.
If they have not forwarded any details to you, please speak with them directly.
There are no physical tickets.
What is the Dress Code?
The event is Black Tie – Evening Dress
Is there parking?
The venue has a large carpark
YOU will need to enter your car registration details into the Sandy Park system when you arrive
People dropping off others do not need to register, such as taxis, and there is a twenty minute period before the car parking restrictions and fees would apply.
Is there a menu to choose from?
It is a fixed menu catering as Normal, Vegetarian and Vegan.
Your dietary requirements where advised via your party leader at the point of booking.
This is identified on your party leaders’ email by way of a (V) for Vegetarian, (Vn) for Vegan.
If there is no symbol you are having the main normal menu.
Other dietary requirements such as gluten free have been passed direct to the venue and your plate will adjusted as such.
Why can’t I use cash on the day?
The policy of the venue is cashless, you will only be able to pay for drinks via a card either at the bar or on the app.

Can I Pre-order table wine?
Drinks, such as bottles of wine, can be order on the day via the app, your table number will be detailed on the website, www.mcfdevon.co.uk, on the morning of the event
If you do not have a smart phone you will need to use the bar located within the room.
Who am I sat with?
All bookings made together are sat together. If you have requested to be seated with others in good time, we have done our best to facilitate this. The table allocations will be displayed at the event but will also be available via the website (see above) on Friday morning.

What time do I need to be there?
The doors open at 17:30hrs.
You need to be at your table at 18:45

The event is at Sandy Park in Exeter.
Sandy Park, Sandy Park Way, Exeter, Devon, EX2 7NN
Use the North Entrance to access the event. Stewards will be on site to direct.
